All bookings made through this website are considered non-refundable.
Cancellation terms: The User may cancel their reservation by sending written notice no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
Refund: Cancellation of the booking does not entitle the customer to any refund—partial or total—of the amount paid at the time of booking.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline prior to check-in, as well as failure to arrive (No-Show), will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount paid.
